Welcome to the Kirkwood Meadows Association (“KMA”), a Home Owner’s Association formed to oversee the common interest development of Kirkwood Meadows 1 and 2 in Amador County, California. KMA comprises 172 homesites, which are single family homes, as well as duplexes, covering 85 acres on the west side of Kirkwood Valley.

Our homesites are the first to wave “hello” when you enter this beautiful valley off Highway 88, and the last to say “Visit again soon!” when you depart. The Sierra’s beautiful hiking trails are outside our doors, as well as a lush mountain meadow with stocked streams and great 3-season fishing. Nearby there are over 20 lakes within a 5 mile radius of Kirkwood, and our winter fun is closest-to-the-slopes limitless.  This is where you and your family will want to be.

The purpose of this website is to provide homeowners with access to information about KMA rules and standards (“CC&Rs”), architectural planning review and approval information, meeting notices and agendas, and other information resources of interest to homeowners.
